What is energy work?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which promotes wellness by balancing the energy body. 

 

Reiki translates to "universal life force energy" or "spiritual energy"

Reiki can be performed either

hands-on or hands-off as well as long distance!

In a typical Reiki session, you would lay on the massage table as I check different aspects of your energetic body to get them back into alignment. You may have thoughts or emotions that come up, but the main effect is relaxation!

I also use tools such as tuning forks or emotion code and body code to help with getting the energetic body back into alignment!
