Hey There!
My name is Harper Jo Foster. I grew up here in Greenville and I am so excited to share what I've learned from my own wellness journey with my community!
​I began my healing and wellness journey in 2021 and it was the greatest decision I've ever made. I started to care for all parts of my being: mind, body and spirit. I've lost over 100 pounds and peeled back so many layers to reveal my most authentic self.

I am a licensed massage therapist and a certified Reiki master. I will be certified in spiritual life coaching and personal training this year. When I began my wellness journey, all of these things helped me immensely. I felt so passionate about them that I wanted to be able to help other people in the way I was helped. Taking care of my mind, body and spirit has transformed my life in an unrecognizable way.
