  1. Acceptance of terms By accessing girlypopwellness.com or booking/receiving services from GirlyPop Wellness, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book services.

  2. Services We provide massage (performed by Licensed Massage Therapists), reiki (Certified Reiki Master), personal training (Certified Personal Trainer), and life coaching. Service descriptions, durations, and fees are posted on our website and are subject to availability.

  3. Booking & payment

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Accepted payment methods: card, cash, check.

  • Payment requirements (deposit/full payment) will be specified at booking. Confirmed bookings lock in the price at time of booking.

  1. Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

  • Clients must notify GirlyPop Wellness at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

  • If a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice and the appointment cannot be rebooked, the client agrees to pay the full price of the appointment.

  • Practitioners reserve the right to treat late arrivals as shortened sessions; fees remain as charged.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session price.

  1. Refunds, packages & gift certificates

  • Package purchases: refundable at 50% of the unused portion, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift certificates: non-refundable.

  • If GirlyPop Wellness cancels an appointment, clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

  1. Intake, health, and safety

  • Clients must complete required intake forms and disclose relevant medical history, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, current medications, or other conditions that may affect treatment.

  • Practitioners may modify or refuse services if, in their professional judgment, a service would be unsafe or inappropriate.

  • COVID-19 / Infectious disease policy: clients must follow current screening and safety procedures posted by GirlyPop Wellness (may include symptom screening, mask requirements, or rescheduling when ill). Clients who test positive for a contagious illness should not attend appointments; cancellation rules apply unless otherwise specified in current infectious-disease policies.

  1. Practitioner credentials & conduct

  • Services are provided by appropriately credentialed practitioners (LMT, CPT, Certified Reiki Master). Credentials and licensing are available on request.

  • Practitioners will maintain professional conduct and confidentiality. Clients must treat practitioners respectfully. GirlyPop Wellness reserves the right to terminate a session and refuse future service for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior; no refund will be issued in such cases.

  1. Minors policy

  • Clients under 18: minors are accepted only when a parent or legal guardian is present in the room for the entire session unless prior written consent is provided and agreed by GirlyPop Wellness and the practitioner.

  1. Photography, testimonials & reviews

  • No photography or video recording during sessions unless both client and practitioner explicitly agree in writing prior to the session.

  • By submitting testimonials, reviews, or images (when consented), you grant GirlyPop Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want your testimonial published, notify us in writing.

  1. Results & disclaimers

  • Individual results vary. GirlyPop Wellness makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from massage, reiki, personal training, or life coaching.

  • Information or recommendations provided are educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

  1. Liability & limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, GirlyPop Wellness, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

  • Client assumes responsibility for personal items brought to sessions.

  • Liability for claims arising from negligence is limited to the amount paid for the session(s) in question, except where prohibited by law.

  1. Privacy

  • We collect personal information for bookings, billing, and service provision. Information collected and our handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy below. By using our services you consent to those practices.

  1. Intellectual property

  • Website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to GirlyPop Wellness. You may not reproduce or use content without written permission.
